Frame-by-Frame animation created in collaboration with Audrey di Girolamo for the Fire & Story Festival in Bellingham, Washington. The prompt for the video was "folklore". We combined two myths—starting with the Chinese Tiangou, a heavenly dog who creates the eclipse by consuming the sun. We then follow the Tulikettu, arctic foxes from Finnish myth whose tail's spark the Aurora Borealis by dragging along the mountaintops.
